Welcome to Party Passport. By booking a trip, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Party Passport curates group travel experiences designed around social connections, nightlife, and unique local activities across destinations. We act as facilitators and coordinate with third-party vendors such as hotels, transport providers, and activity partners.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment, either partial or full, as communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payments within the specified timeline may result in cancellation without prior notice. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email, and refunds, if applicable, depend on how close the cancellation is to the trip start date. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund after deductions, cancellations between 15 to 30 days may receive up to 50% refund, and cancellations within 15 days of departure are non-refundable. Certain components such as flights, special events, or festival tickets may be strictly non-refundable, and refund timelines depend on third-party providers.

Any request for changes or rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Party Passport reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation, and Party Passport is not liable for any issues related to denied boarding or immigration restrictions.

By joining a trip, you agree to maintain respectful and responsible behavior towards fellow travelers, trip leaders, and locals. Any misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of local laws may result in removal from the trip without refund. Travelers are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the journey, and travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Party Passport is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, delays, or disruptions arising during the trip, including those caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. We aim to work with reliable partners, but we do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their performance.

During the trip, photos and videos may be captured for marketing and promotional purposes, and by participating, you consent to the use of such content unless you inform us otherwise in writing before the trip. Trip pricing includes only those services specifically mentioned in the itinerary, and any additional expenses will be borne by the traveler. Some experiences may involve nightlife and alcohol consumption, which is entirely voluntary and at the traveler’s discretion, and Party Passport holds no responsibility for outcomes related to such activities.
